Trying to make my own Spark Wheel - Fail 2160p_25fps_AV1-128kbit_AAC

In this video you can see how I tried to make my own spark wheel for the lighter I have built. It didnt throw enough sparks and was very inconsistent so I decided to use a bought one instead. The problem was definitely the pattern. I tried a straight knurling pattern in the video first then I also tried a few different ones made on the milling machine with a rotary table. They also didnt work much better. The bougt one has a pattern like a file with real tooth shaped spikes.
